The Usage page gives workspace Owners a summary of what the workspace contains and how it has been used.
Open workspace usage
Go to your name at the bottom of the left menu, then select Settings > Usage.
Members
The Members section shows how many people have access to the workspace. It also breaks this total down by Owner, Editor, and Reader roles.
Active shows how many members were active during the period shown at the top of the page, along with their share of all members. Pending invitations shows people who have been invited but have not signed in yet.

Content
The Content section shows the total number of Contracts, Vendors, and Contract files stored in the workspace.
For contracts and vendors, James also shows how many were added during the activity period. For contract files, it shows the storage used by those files.
Activity
The Activity section totals Sign-ins, Contract changes, and Member and role changes during the period shown at the top of the page.

AI usage
The AI usage section is marked Coming soon. AI use in James is unlimited during the beta. When AI is offered in packages, this section will show how much of the package is used.
